Did you know our bodies are made to heal themselves, if we feed it the right foods, the right thoughts and put the right products on it? 

In todays society we are bombarded with Pharmaceutical companies telling us that "if you take this pill, you will feel better" But what a lot of us fail to understand is that those medications help your symptoms only, they don't heal. As a matter of fact they cause new sometimes worse problems. Why? Well symptoms are our bodies way of telling us something is wrong. It warns us all the time, yes all the time. The Western way is to give us something for the symptom, which causes our bodies to cry out more and now it not only has the original problem but a slew of other problems from the medication. You see our livers are just amazing organs. To put is simply, it along with its next door neighbor the pancreas, detoxifies our bodies. But when we over load it with so many toxins it can't keep up. And toxins don't get exported but stay and reek havoc on our systems and thats when problems ensue. Problems that include but not limited to disease. 

These pages will give you the resources to know how to listen to your body and help it do what God intended it to, heal itself. Our bodies are truly a gift and we need to start treating them that way. Treat it with the best. Know that whatever we put in it and on it affects it. We have to decided if we want that effect to be positive or negative. My prayer for everyone reading this is that you start to see yourself as worthy. Worthy of incredible health, inside and out.


Our bodies are beautiful creations. They work in such harmony, such balance. But unfortunately when they aren't given the right tools they are thrown off. Our bodies try so hard to re-balance itself. Giving us warning signs, telling us through symptoms, that it needs help. I think if we know this we would "treat" ourselves differently. Instead of excepting prescriptions as a solution we would look for a natural approach to help the problem not the symptom. And as we know, drugs only make the problem worse and cause more problems, hence all the side effects. This is not to put down prescription drugs at all I just think we can and should try and HEAL the problem. I also believe when given the right foods, thoughts and products our bodies stay in harmony and balance.

EXERCISE FIRST - Exercise in the morning before you eat. It will maximize your benefit and raise your metabolism for the morning.
PARABEN FREE SKINCARE- Do not put anything with parabens on your skin. The skin is the largest organ in the body and it will absorb what you put on it
ORGANIC when you can - Expensive but VERY important. Start with all meats, and soft skinned fruits/vegatables (blueberries, tomatoes, etc) 
CHIROPRACTIC- Getting regular adjustments can help keep your body aligned, preventing future pain and allowing nerve function to be healthy
TAKE THE STAIRS - Instead of always taking the elavator or waiting 15 minute for the parking spot directly in front of the store, try walking more. It not only helps your body get exercise, it helps clear your mind.
KEESHA’s FAVORITE EXERCISE

Keesha loves to work out. And it’s never been about the way she wants to look. She loves the way it feels. In all my years knowing her, this has always been true. I often worry she is pushing it too hard - especially when she’ll take 2 grueling classes in a row (ones I surely wouldn’t make it through!). But her endorphins are boosted and her spirit is encouraged whenever she works out.




Her favorite activities are:
BOXING (of which she almost trained professionally)
ZUMBA Dance class
KRAV MAGA (form of Martial Arts)
HIKING (one we love to do together)

She inspires me to want to work out more. Of course, as I get older it is becoming even more necessary so it’s even more motivating.
